I know it has been more than a week since Halloween, but there was some unfinished business. Namely the carving and cooking portion. So without further ado, here is post-Halloween :
I like to leave very little to waste. So I took the seeds, placed them on a baking tray and sprinkled some sea salt, like so :
After approximately 15 minutes of baking at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, pumpkin seeds. Hmmmmmm. Salty goodness :
