So before I became a full time tech guy I wanted to be a surgeon. Back in the days there was this PC game, Life and Death. I was great at diagnosis, but terrible at the actual surgery. I never got past the first surgery, which is one of the simplest : appendix removal. I mean there were incidents of the operation performed by non-surgeons in war conditions (see WWII). I couldn't do it on my computer. There was even a sequel to the game - Life and Death 2 : Brain Surgery. Again, I was stuck. It wasn't until Trauma Center that my surgical skill became pronounced.
