Sadly this sighting is not from my vantage point. Apparently I was oblivious to him walking right in front of me and then passing me by. My friend, Jack (whom I was with on our 10th Avenue CVS run) noticed him but said nothing, awaiting my response. I missed it completely. Jack had a good laugh at my expense. I only saw him from the back as he walked off, but Jack got the full look. The location of the sighting (the scaffolding is no longer there as the building is now complete) :View Larger Map
