This presidential race is heating up, however, I don't see too much choice. There's the candidate advocating change vs. the former maverick. I am voting Obama in November. This is not a choice based on passion or the complete belief in the candidate. My fear is that if elected, Washington will change him and nothing will happen. The difference between the candidates is the McCain is already a sold man. He sold his soul and "maverick-hood", in North Carolina sometime in 2000, for the opportunity to be president (maybe he's trying to outdo his admiralty roots, maybe not, but it definitely seems like vanity to me). The difference is between them is the slight opportunity for change (Obama) vs. no opportunity (McCain). John Stewart expressed this so elegantly :
