So according to several diet websites guidelines, I have compiled and averaged the results in one overall guideline (based on age, height, weight and exercise frequency).
Maintenance:
2575 Calories/day
Fat Loss:
2060 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss:
1545 Calories/day
