Creative Follows Up, but still sucks in the end

So after my rather raving rant earlier in the week, I received a response from Creative :

A call to their service center revealed that the player arrived 8/15 and is being processed. I'm not really sure what that means, considering its still under manufacturer's warranty and a replacement unit shouldn't be hard to ship. I was also told that repair time is an estimate 5-10 business days. Well considering it's been sitting at Creative for 2 weeks already and it's still pending, I can expect this returned to me sometime at or slightly before Halloween.

Thanks Creative, for sucking so badly. And you wonder why you lost so much market share on all product fronts.....
